Our chefs are constantly creating new combinations inspired by what’s in season, special collaborations and customer requests, so there’s always something new to discover.
House-churned gelato, specialty coffee, hot cinnamon donuts and award-winning savoury creations all live under one roof. Yes… you can absolutely have a Beef Nachos donut followed by gelato.
The name is inspired by the original Donut Dollies—Red Cross volunteers who served donuts, coffee and a little comfort to troops. That same idea of bringing people together is what Dolly’s is all about today.
What started in Glenbrook has grown. We opened our second Dolly’s store in Bowral in 2025, bringing our donuts, gelato and coffee to the Southern Highlands.
Two stores. Same fresh donuts. Same early mornings. Same obsession with quality.
