New month, new flavours and, honestly, we may have gone a little bit overboard.

From Pavlova and Fairy Bomb to Bee Sting, Blueberry Cheesecake, Cherry Blossom Matcha, Chocolate Mousse, Dulce Cheesecake Brûlée and more, September is looking very good. The classics are still holding down the fort too, obviously.

A LITTLE TRADING HOURS UPDATE 🍩

We’ve been paying attention to when you’re coming in for your Dolly’s fix, and it turns out the sweet spot is a little later in the day.

So from tomorrow, Wed 2nd Sep, our Bowral store will be moving to 10am–6pm daily.

Which means our pastry chefs get a very well-deserved sleep-in, and you get your donuts right when those mid-morning cravings start calling. It’s a win-win, really.

Bowral: 10am–6pm daily
Glenbrook: Trading hours remain unchanged.

Same donuts. Same coffee. Same Dolly’s, just a little later 💕
