Alright, let's do one more Meet the Crew!

This is my family, our family, the Pedley's. We have been in business here in Glen Innes for 13 years right back to the old days of the Railway Tavern. Since then, weve had 3 more children (5 in all!), all of which have been born and raised in the hospitality industry. Unfortunately this means our amazing kiddos have had the joy of being raised in the restaurants, day and nights! I cant believe now some of them even work im our establishment.

You may have noticed that shelly and I have been a little absent from the Local lately but I wanted to share with you all what we've been up to! Raising our babies 🧡 So here are a few pictures of our life outside of the Local.

We've been given this amazing opportunity to spend the past year or so with our kids almost full time after 13 years in the industry because our amazing staff. They are more than reliable, passionate, loving towards our whole family and we trust them more than they know. We are truly thankful.

So enjoy the limited number of pictures we can upload and we truly thank each and every one of our staff members and amazing customers for giving us this opportunity to let us watch our beautiful babies grow.

Our next and last in line for Meet the Crew is Lara. Lara came to us with with a skill and passion for cooking so needless to say, she fit right in to our Local family. While we may only have her for a limited time as she has a long and exciting career in the airforce to look forward to, we have been gratefu for her skills over the past few months 😊

Jamie is the lucky draw of this weeks meet the crew 😊
Jamie is one of our newest crew members and she's certainly come in with a smile! While she hasn't been apart of the Local team for long, Jamie already remembers our amazing Local's names, coffee orders and brews up an awesome cup of Botero coffee.

A little bit about Jamie!
