Next week — Wednesday the 23rd and Thursday the 24th of September— we will be CLOSED, as I’m taking Brigitte to Brisbane for cataract surgery.

Depending on how her recovery goes, I will let you know if we will be open Friday and Saturday, or if I will need to extend the closure to support her as she heals.

It’s been brought to my attention that the pizza dough made for Thursday night was not up to my traditional standard. I could not address this sooner because I have been accompanying Brigitte to the ER for emergency circumstances.

If you feel you have been affected, please come in at your convenience and I will re‑make your order at no extra cost.

My promise to you all has been to keep our product prices unchanged — and we’ve managed to do that for 3.5 years. Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end.

To keep maintaining our quality standards, especially our use of fresh, locally sourced ingredients, we will need to increase our overall prices by 15% starting from next week.

To give back to this amazing community that has welcomed us, supported us, and helped Brigitte and me through some challenging times, we will still be offering a discount on-premises.

Due to the high demand for our product and a new member joining our team, we made a mistake tonight and delivered the wrong orders to two of our patrons.
