Today I popped into see the lovely Dani at MindCare Gladstone!
On my arrival I was greeted with warm smile and welcome as well as a workplace wellness pack . Yes , Boyne Island Maccas was a successful recipient of one of these packs to bring mental wellbeing & awareness into the work place . These packs have been made possible
through the collaboration between
GRASP - Gladstone Region Awareness and Su***de Prevention
Tannum Crab Classic
Gladstone MindCare
I know our team will embrace this great advocacy project.💛❤️

The GRASP team has been busy handing out workplace wellness packs to local businesses. These packs aim to provide information and promote mental well-being in the workplace and have been made possible by donation from Tannum Crab Classic

Today holds a special significance as we observe R U OK Day?

This day serves as a poignant reminder of the importance of genuine connections, empathy, and looking out for one another's wellbeing. In the fast-paced world we live in, it's easy to get caught up in our daily routines and responsibilities. However, taking a moment to pause and ask a simple question - "Are you okay?" - can make an immeasurable difference in someone's life.

Today, we encourage everyone to take a few moments to check in with your colleagues and family. And if you yourself are going through a challenging time, remember that you are not alone.

Let's make every day RUOK Day.
