⚡ A little bit of magic at Jambinu today! ⚡✨

We had the pleasure of hosting a Harry Potter High Tea for Layla’s 11th birthday today, and what a gorgeous little celebration it was. 🪄💛

From Ollivander’s Wands and Honeydukes Popcorn to Gringotts Gold, Hogwarts Finger Sandwiches, Professor Sprout’s Quiche, waffles, scones Magic potion mocktails and of course Layla’s Harry Potter birthday cake — we had so much fun putting this one together.

Happy 11th Birthday, Layla! We hope your day was every bit as magical as you imagined. 🦉✨

Well… that was a Father’s Day and a half! 😅

What a massive turnout at Jambinu today! Now that we’ve caught our breath, we just want to say a very big THANK YOU.

To everyone who brought Dad out for brekky, gathered the family together or popped in for a coffee..thank you for choosing to spend part of your day with us. We’re so grateful you chose to celebrate with us. 🥰

To our team, you absolute legends-from the kitchen to the coffee machine, taking orders, carrying plates and tackling the mountain of dishes...thank you for all your hard work. Days like today take a huge team effort, and we couldn’t be prouder.

We’ve also loved seeing the beautiful reviews come through thank you so much for your kind words. It means the world to us and to our staff.

We hope all the dads, grandads and father figures felt thoroughly spoilt today.

🔥 THE FATHER’S DAY BRISKET IS UNDERWAY 🔥

While most of Geraldton was tucked up in bed last night…
this father got up at MIDNIGHT to start the smoker. 😂🔥

Yep. 12AM. Because tomorrow’s Father’s Day brisket is getting the proper low & slow treatment.

These absolute units are smoking away ready for our Smoked Brisket Benny + Smoked Brisket Burgers tomorrow at Jambinu. 🥩

No shortcuts. Just a very tired dad and a ridiculous amount of brisket. 😂
