Born and raised on the Bellarine Peninsula to European parents. Tony has worked as a waiter and then Maitre

‘d in Melbourne and then in the Gold Coast since 2004 before returning home to Geelong in 2010. “I met Stephane at the Seafood Provedore in Queenscliff some three years ago and have enjoyed working alongside him ever since. Stephane started his career as a Chef with an apprenticeship at one of the best restaurants in Chalon en Champagne France, Stephane's hometown. Giving him a solid foundation in traditional French cuisine. “I am passionate about my profession and have enjoyed a successful career since moving to Geelong in 2006”. Working on both the Bellarine Peninsula and the Surf Coast in that time, in some of the regions best restaurants.

Back to school feeling.

We are almost there.

I have a beautiful menu inspired by my summer break and we have grown some beautiful eggplants tomatoes & abundance of figs from tony’s garden
I have expended the horizon of my cooking a little bit so expect some new dishes from outside of France .

I can’t wait to share it with you .

We understand that there is a rumour that we would not be reopening !

let insured you that it’s not at all the case .

We have a number of reasons why we took a longer break than usual.

We will welcome you back very soon with a very small team and for so we will reopen only.

Wednesdays Thursdays
Fridays and Saturdays dinner service only

Booking only via the phone line from the day we will be back

Our new menu will be as exiting as ever just a little smaller.

Also we have to keep our booking on the low side
To guarantee the immaculate service of Tony and the cooking of Steph .

For that to happen we are seeking a qualified chef and a kitchen hand /dishwasher .
Casual full time position of 30 to 38 hours per week.
4 days on 3 days off.
Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday dinner only
Award rate.
Tips distributed equally.
A chance to work with some of the finest crew around and the opportunity to expand your knowledge of European food and beverages.
