🥈Second place goes to Gary Bishop from our facilities team snapping the cold early morning and fresh steam rising in our washbay in Prestons, NSW.

🥉Third place belongs to Damien Barr from our Bulk Chemical team showcasing P714 C629 unloading at Altona, VIC.

Celebrating dedication and resilience in Bomaderry, NSW.
Steve, from our Bulk Food Grade Operations team, recently received his 10 years service award from Peter. After returning to work following his battle with cancer, it’s wonderful to see him back and happier than ever.
We also congratulate Anthony from our Farm Milk Collection team, who was presented with his 20 years service award by Wade.
Thank you both for your commitment and contributions to our Bomaderry operations over the years👏

This week we celebrated two incredible milestones with Mick (40 years of service) and Mike (15 years of service) - what an amazing achievement! 👏

When recognised and asked by our COO Michael what's kept him coming back for four decades, Mick said it best: "It's all about the people. That's why I keep coming back."

Well done to Mick and Mike, who show up, do the work, and make McColl's what it is. Congratulations to you both. 🎉

We've been in a chocolate coma these past couple weeks and April has flown by... it's time to announce our winners!

🥇In first place we have Shane Farnham from our Bulk Chemical Division, capturing P823 and C651-C652 heading to Sydney, NSW.

🥈Second place also comes from Bulk Chemicals, Damien Barr snapping P973 getting an ISO lifted off in Laverton, VIC.

🥉Third place goes to Paul Taylor showcasing his first-person view of calibrations out of the rain at Korumburra, VIC.
