‼️ To All Our Loyal Customers.
We wanted to be upfront with you all.
From this week you will see some price increases in the hotel.
This is not something we have wanted to do. We have held our prices for as long as we possibly could, but we have now reached the point where we don't have another option if we want to keep our doors open.
It is extremely tough running a small business in Victoria right now. We are all getting a flogging. You see it every week - another small business closing its doors. Costs have gone up on everything. Interest rates rising, fuel, insurance, wages, freight, electricity & gas - the list never ends. The war overseas is hitting fuel, and government spending has us further in debt and it all trickles down to small businesses like ours.
We have just lost another one of our bread suppliers who has had to close their doors, which has been heartbreaking and also adds more cost as we have to source elsewhere.
We appreciate every single one of you who supports us. We know it's not just hard for businesses, it's hard for families too - trying to run a house with loans going up, many of us having to work 2 jobs just to keep going. We totally understand that.
This price increase is the only way we can keep trading, keep our staff employed, and keep delivering the quality you expect from us.
