If you knew the old Red Door, you probably knew our Green Eggs Benny.

It was a bit of an icon on the original menu, so when we started dreaming up the bagels for Red Door 2.0, there was no way we were leaving this one behind.

We kept the avocado, that basil and cashew infused hollandaise and even the same smoky ham from the Lyndoch butcher, then gave the whole thing the bagel treatment.

And just like that, the OG Green Eggs Benny was born 🥯💚
