What an incredible cake to be part of! 🏆🎂

We were honoured to create this very special cake for Trinity College’s visit from Old Scholar and Melbourne Cup-winning jockey Jamie Melham, who returned to the College as part of the 2026 Lexus Melbourne Cup Tour.

The cake featured Jamie’s adorable Year 2 self-portrait from the College’s 2003 Yearbook—such a personal and memorable way to celebrate her achievements and surprise her during the event!

Congratulations, Jamie, on your incredible success, and thank you to Trinity College for trusting Skysies Cakes & Supplies to create the cake for such a special occasion. 💗🐎🏆

Huge thanks to Jake for relocating our usual LEDs and installing more. Our kitchen is so nice and bright now.

Jake has done a fair bit of work in the shop for us and has helped us clean up the power mess we had going on with so many appliances tripping the circuit! Along with some work at home too!

Highly recommend Savannah Maintenance Services - honest, reliable and professional!

Some extra light was needed in this kitchen to help with the delicate job of cake decorating!

The addition of some new LEDs has got the space brighter than ever 💡
