That’s a wrap guys!
Wow, what a ride huh?! You sold us out before 6pm!
3 years ago when we opened the doors of Mi Pasta and had in hearts, our minds and in our business plan to build this little pasta shop over time. We focused on quality meals, made to order with fresh products rather than massed produced which often compromises quality.
We thought it would take easily 6-12 months to build a steady clientele. We were wrong. Our little baby hit the ground running and took us by surprise. We had to quickly hire more staff! 😅
It’s been the greatest pleasure, the hardest work & it was worth every moment.
To every staff member to have worked at Mi Pasta, take a bow. You all contributed to the success of Mi Pasta. Everyone played a role, we can’t and won’t take all the credit.
To our current staff, the ones who have stuck by us when we advised them we were closing, who could have left and found another job (understandably) you have our biggest love and thanks! Your commitment and loyalty makes our hearts swell with pride for you ❤️
A special thanks to all our suppliers for everything you’ve done for us! Notably the staff at Bidfood who always went above & beyond. Scot, Ash, Lyndell & Amit in particular, who put up with my requests and late night messages and emails and this crazy woman in general 🤪😅
