That’s a wrap guys!

Wow, what a ride huh?! You sold us out before 6pm!

3 years ago when we opened the doors of Mi Pasta and had in hearts, our minds and in our business plan to build this little pasta shop over time. We focused on quality meals, made to order with fresh products rather than massed produced which often compromises quality.

We thought it would take easily 6-12 months to build a steady clientele. We were wrong. Our little baby hit the ground running and took us by surprise. We had to quickly hire more staff! 😅

It’s been the greatest pleasure, the hardest work & it was worth every moment.

To every staff member to have worked at Mi Pasta, take a bow. You all contributed to the success of Mi Pasta. Everyone played a role, we can’t and won’t take all the credit.

To our current staff, the ones who have stuck by us when we advised them we were closing, who could have left and found another job (understandably) you have our biggest love and thanks! Your commitment and loyalty makes our hearts swell with pride for you ❤️

A special thanks to all our suppliers for everything you’ve done for us! Notably the staff at Bidfood who always went above & beyond. Scot, Ash, Lyndell & Amit in particular, who put up with my requests and late night messages and emails and this crazy woman in general 🤪😅

And to our customers, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! We love you guys ❤️❤️❤️

We’ve done a review of our stock and we are going to open tomorrow night (Wednesday 15/4) for the final time!

However, we are going to run things a little differently. We are only going to run a grab and go. So no specific orders, what’s ready to go is the only items. To sweeten the pot all pastas will be $10 until sold out 🙌

The following pricing specials will apply also
1.25l bottle of softdrinks $2.50
Bolognese & Mozzarella spring rolls $2.50 each

See you all tomorrow, Wednesday 15 May from 5pm!

We are almost at the end of the Mi Pasta road. We’ve had a tremendous reaction to our closure and are truly humbled by your support ❤️ our family is so grateful to all our wonderful customers.

Our stock is starting to run down, so we will be open until sold out. Whether that is tonight or tomorrow night we are unsure.

You are welcome to preorder today via Facebook messenger prior to 4:30pm or as usual by phone after 5pm or via Menulog & Uber

We will keep you all updated after we close tonight 🍝 ❤️
