How many times did we dance and sing the birthday song this year? 🎂
I’m grateful for every celebration, every smile, and every momentさんwe shared 🍊
Through the summer heat and winter rain,
hearing “it feels like coming to your backyard” always warmed my heart, but sometime feel so bad..😌
But!! Thank you to everyone who took the time to visit us 💛
Our heartfelt thanks to all ingredients suppliers for supporting us with deliveries and kindly handling order mistakes 🙏🏼 Big appreciation to .soap our accounting support working quietly behind the scenes…always, your firmness and care made this a year of learning and growth.
Above all, thank you to our wonderful team,
those who ran alongside us every day, the short- and long-term staff who stepped in to help,
and the familiar faces who returned.
I also know how often you worked beyond your hours, giving your time and energy with such care.
Because of you, we were able to carry this year forward with trust.
In 2026, we will continue creating a warm Hinata space
where people connect through nostalgic Japanese home-style cooking.

1年を振り返って皆さまとお祝いができたこと、笑顔がシェアさせていただけたこと本当にありがとうございました🍊
季節の節目のご挨拶として。
夏は暑く、冬は雨が入るベランダを「我が家の庭先に来てるみたい」と言われることが嬉しく時に心苦しい時もありました😌お足を運んでくれた皆さまへ心よりお礼を申し上げます。
材料調達に配達をして頂き、オーダーミスにも対処をして下さった各業者の皆さまあって営業ができました。

厳しく、愛情を持って新たな学びの年となりました。
最後に最大の感謝。
何より共に走ってくれたチームの皆んな、手伝うよと入ってくれた短期、長期のスタッフ、戻ってきてくれた心強いスタッフたちと共に毎日の営業を、イベントの計画、信頼を持って一年を回わすことができました。
