On Saturday 11 July, pull up a stool in Moon & Mary's Distillery Bar and join Pas Touché owner Jack Calneggia for an intimate guided tasting of his lo-fi, unfiltered Margaret River wines.

Across three small-group sessions, you'll explore textured Pinot Gris, elegant Cabernet Sauvignon and layered Fumé-style Sauvignon Blanc while hearing the stories behind the wines, the Rosabrook Wines vineyard, and the creative spirit that shaped the label.

Then linger a little longer with our Fremantle Truffle Festival specials and Pas Touché pouring by the glass all weekend.
