Rosie-Lee's Tearooms Frankston's only tearoom, we specialise in serving a wide variety of teas along with Jasper's fair trade, organic coffee.

Along with our delicious teas & coffees, Rosie-Lees serves hearty, home made food with a touch of British flavour. We offer an extensive breakfast menu as well as lunches, snacks & a variety of scones. Serving such British delicacies as black pudding, Yorkshire pudding & Knickerbocker Glory :) children will love our creative dishes & High Tea style sandwiches. Rosie-Lees is the perfect place to have a relaxed breakfast or afternoon tea. Peruse our tea menu & our range of cakes, biscuits & scones. For your special occasions, try our High Tea. For those of you who have a short lunch break, we are more than happy to take your order by phone for you to pick up or eat in. We can also cater for your business meetings, training or functions.
