🤠 Boots, Buckles & Bright Lights – Information Update + What to Expect ✨
The countdown is on – Disco Night is this Friday, 7th August! We can't wait to welcome everyone for an unforgettable night of country music, dancing, denim, diamonds and bright lights! Dust off your boots, shine up those buckles and get ready for a boot-scootin' good time!
🎟 Entry Packs
Our amazing team of volunteers has been busy preparing all pre-ordered entry packs, which have been sent home with students.
If you pre-ordered, please check your child's bag for an envelope containing:
🎫 Entry Band – Please ensure your child wears this on the night for quick and easy check-in.
🎁 Treat Bag Ticket(s) – If you pre-ordered a treat bag, bring your ticket to redeem it on the night.
🌭 Sausage on Bread Ticket(s) – If you pre-ordered a sausage on bread, bring your ticket to redeem it on the night.
🧃 Pop Top Ticket(s) – If you pre-ordered a pop top, bring your ticket to redeem it on the night.
Missing Your Pack?
Don't stress! If your child didn't receive their envelope, something is missing, or you forget it on the night, our volunteers will have a list at the door and can issue replacement entry bands or redemption tickets if needed. Bringing your pack will simply help speed up check-in. 🤠
🤠 Didn't Pre-Order?
No worries!
🎟 Tickets will be available at the door on the night for $3 per child.
We also have a limited number of $4 Treat Bags still available to purchase on the night, so get in quick before they sell out!
🥤 Individual snacks and cold drinks will also be available to purchase from the hall kitchen throughout the evening.

Arrive from 4:30pm to check in and collect pre-orders.
Doors open 4:45pm
Disco 5:00pm – 6:00pm
⭐ Year 3 – Year 6
Arrive from 6:30pm to check in and collect pre-orders.
Doors open 6:45pm
Disco 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Please arrive early to help us keep check-in running smoothly.

🚗 Parking & Traffic
To help traffic flow safely:
Coming from Narangba (east on Station Road past Springfield Drive)? Please park in the Parish Car Park and walk to Rodrigo Hall.
Coming from the west on Station Road? Please use the main College Car Park.
If you're attending the first session, we'd appreciate families exiting promptly afterwards to allow parking for the second session.
🔐 Security & Supervision
To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable evening:
A security guard will be on site.
All students must be accompanied by a supervising adult for the entire event.
Drop-offs without an adult staying to supervise will be declined.
Children must remain inside the hall and must not wander around the school grounds unaccompanied.

Toilets are conveniently located at the entrance to Rodrigo Hall.
