We brew a range of high quality fresh beers on a 10bbl (1,200 litre brew house). Co-founder, David Black hung up his suit after over 25 years as a chartered accountant with a Big 4 accounting firm to be the Brewer. After many years’ home brewing and tasting craft beers, and having completed the Federation University Graduate Certificate in Brewing, he took up his life-calling.

This week we were delighted to pick up a Gold medal at the Sydney Royal B**r & C***r Show for our best-selling b**r - Palms Pale (ABV 4.4%).

We also picked up seven silver medals for Bungwahl Barrel-Aged Baltic Porter; Redstone Belgium Dubbel (brewed in conjunction with our homebrew competition winner Brad McCarron); Firefly Amber Ale; Treachery XPA and new b**rs - Very Orange Grove NEIPA; Copeland IPA and Careys Peak Cold IPA. Booti KNEIPA also brought a bronze home.
