32kg Down. More Energy. More Confidence. More Life. 💙
If you’d told me a few years ago that I’d be standing here 32kg lighter, I probably wouldn’t have believed you.
The photo on the left was me before I truly committed to making a change. The photo on the right is the result of consistently showing up for myself — not through a quick fix, but through building better habits, improving my nutrition, moving my body regularly, and working on my mindset every single day.
Since 2025, I’ve really knuckled down and focused on the basics:
✅ Better nutrition
✅ Consistent movement
✅ Daily accountability
✅ A stronger mindset
✅ Creating habits I could sustain
One of the biggest things that helped me was following a nutrition program using the very same products we prepare and serve every day at Swig. The products were the tool, but the real transformation came from learning how to create healthy routines and becoming consistent over time.
The truth is, there wasn’t one magic moment. It was the small choices made day after day that added up to a completely different life.
Today I have more energy, more confidence, better habits, and I simply feel better than I have in years.
Now I’d love to pay that forward.
