We turned ONE on Tuesday 💕
What a day it was! A chilly winter morning, a bit of rain, and yet so many of you braved the weather and showed up at The Pantry to celebrate with us. Thank you ❤️
As we stood there watching the café buzzing with people, smiles, laughter, surprises and so much warmth, it was an incredible feeling . It's honestly unbelievable to think that we have built all of this in just one year.
Over 100 coffees were given away on the day, and seeing everyone enjoy them was such a joy. A huge thank you to Gabriel for partnering with us on this initiative and helping make it happen. You're an absolute legend! 🙌
And then came the surprises...
D & Lisa, we still can't get over the beautiful cake and all the effort that went into it. Thank you for burning the midnight oil and planning everything so perfectly. It meant more to us than you'll ever know ❤️
Sri and I are still feeling a little giddy, and very, very grateful.

Thank you for supporting us, encouraging us, checking in on us, and believing in us. We truly couldn't have done it without you.
Here's to many more coffees, conversations, friendships, and milestones together❤️💕

The Pantry & us turn ONE on 2nd June!

It’s honestly unbelievable how quickly this amazing year has gone by. A new country, a new business, and complete newbies to the hospitality world, “new” truly was the key word in our lives!
The learning has been immense, and it continues every single day. No two days here are the same, and each one teaches us something new. Looking back at the nervous and scared version of us from a year ago to where we stand today… we couldn’t be more grateful ☺️

What has stood out most through this journey is the beautiful people we’ve been blessed to cross paths with.
To our dearest landlord Warren — who probably worries more about quiet days at the café than we do ❤️
To our previous owners Nick & Tara — thank you for introducing us to this world of hospitality and for the incredible handholding along the way. You made us feel supported from day one, and we’ll forever be thankful for that ❤️
To our wonderful team — we truly would not be what we are today without you all. We’ve grown together through this journey, and that means everything to us. A special mention to our head chef Ko, who has been far more than just an employee to us.. dependable, caring, and our go-to person for absolutely everything 💛

And finally, to our lovely customers… where do we even begin? Words may never fully express our gratitude, but we hope you know how much your support has meant to us. Whether it was through kind words, checking in on us, simply showing up, encouraging us when needed, or quietly supporting us week after week, we’ve felt it all ☺️

A very special thank you as well to our beautiful neighbours Mark & Kirsty ❤️ Thank you for always being there for us when we needed it most. We take this moment to also thank the entire Quarters community we are in love with, with each of whom we share a unique special bond 🥰
