More time on the farm 🌿

We're excited to announce that from Tuesday 7th July, (the first day of the school holidays), 11 Acre Farm & Cubby Kiosk will be open every Tuesday from 8am–1pm.

This additional trading day will continue beyond the school holidays, giving you another opportunity each week to enjoy the farm, visit the animals, grab a coffee and pick up something delicious from Cubby Kiosk.

Cubby Kiosk will be serving up takeaway coffee, cold drinks and your favourite kiosk menu, including coffee, bacon & egg wraps, our halloumi & egg roll, house made pork & fennel sausage rolls, hot chips, fresh pastries and more.

The Good Paddock restaurant will remain closed on Tuesdays, so our dine-in breakfast and lunch menu will not be available. You're welcome to find a spot amongst the farm grounds, soak up the fresh air and enjoy your takeaway surrounded by nature.

We can't wait to welcome you for an extra day on the farm each week.

What a pleasure it was to welcome Chrissy and the Destination WA team to the farm.

It was wonderful to share a little of what makes this place so special to us – from our regenerative farming practices and rescued animals, to the paddock-to-plate food we serve in the restaurant and café. We loved having the opportunity to showcase the farm, the people behind it, and the vision that continues to grow here every day.

Thank you to the Destination WA crew for taking the time to explore the farm, meet our animals, wander through the gardens, and even enjoy our farm-grown produce.

We're Hiring | Casual Farm Tour Guide

Do you love sharing stories, connecting people to where food comes from, and spending your days outdoors?

We're looking for a casual Tour Guide to help deliver our farm experiences.

Set across our working farm, café and restaurant, our tour experiences take guests behind the scenes to explore regenerative farming, permaculture principles, food production, and the journey from paddock to plate.

We're looking for someone who:
• Has a genuine interest in sustainability, permaculture and regenerative agriculture
• Enjoys speaking with people and guiding groups
• Has a warm, engaging and down-to-earth communication style
• Is reliable and available on weekends
• Loves learning and sharing knowledge

Experience with syntropic farming is a bonus, but not essential. Training will be provided.

Tours generally run between 11am and 1pm, Wednesday to Sunday, as bookings come in. There may also be opportunities to assist with school groups, private tours and future workshops.

Restaurant Supervisor Wanted

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at The Good Paddock & Cubby Kiosk, set on 11 Acre Farm in Forrestdale.

This is a unique hospitality role in a working farm setting where food is seasonal and much of what we serve is grown on site.

We need someone with strong coffee, bar and restaurant experience who can confidently lead service think on their feet and stay calm in a busy environment.

The role includes
Leading shifts across restaurant bar and cafe service
Daytime hours mainly with occasional evening event shifts
Wednesday to Sunday availability required

We are looking for someone who
Has strong all round hospitality experience
Can take ownership of service
Is reliable calm and confident under pressure
Is looking for a long term role in a unique venue

Above award wage negotiable depending on experience

On Saturday 6 June, “I Am Beauty” arrives at 11 Acre Farm.

A full-day immersive experience for women, unfolding through nature, food, and creative reflection. From time spent in the market garden, to preparing and sharing a seasonal meal, to a guided zine-making session as the evening settles in.

This is not about achieving or defining beauty, but about noticing it, feeling it, and expressing it in your own way.

Come on your own, or share the experience with someone special.

A beautiful day on the farm with one of our recent private bookings

We had the pleasure of hosting a local school for their planning day, bringing together several departments for a chance to connect, reset and spend time out of the usual routine. The day flowed from barista-made coffee and a relaxed morning tea into a long lunch shared at the table, with plenty of space to slow down and enjoy the surroundings.

A highlight of the day was a hands-on workshop with the incredible Peg Davies, guiding the group through Gardening in Small Spaces.

Our farm is available for private venue hire, from corporate planning days and team offsites to celebrations and workshops. We can tailor the experience to suit your group, with seasonal menus, curated activities and a setting designed to help people gather well.
