🌊 Meet the Team: Emma! 🌊
Say hello to Emma, one of the friendly faces here at Forrest Beach! 👋

Originally from Amsterdam, Emma spent her time back home working for an NGO that is active in improving agriculture and energy access in African countries — meaningful work that shows the adventurous and travel-minded spirit of Emma.

You will see Emma behind bar pouring beers and the best Lemon-lime and bitters, or with her painting outfit on making sure every square inch of the building gets a fresh layer of paint. The paint spots on her legs are basically a badge of honour at this point!

When she’s off the clock, you’ll find her outdoors hiking and hunting waterfalls, or soaking up the Australian sun in front of her campervan or on the beach. Recently we learned she’s a natural at catching sweetlip and cod out at the reef and even better at cooking up freshly caught fish, straight into the pan. Fair warning though: don’t talk to her before she’s had her morning coffee 😅 (or better yet, be the hero who brings it to her!).

We are very happy to have Emma’s smile, warmth and enthusiasm as part of the Forrest Beach family. Next time you’re here, be sure to say hi to Emma! 🌴

🌟 Meet the Team – Kasper

Say hello to Kasper, one of the friendly faces here at Forrest Beach! 👋
Originally from Amsterdam, Kasper swapped spreadsheets for sea breezes - he used to work a finance office job back home but decided the 9-to-5 desk life just wasn't for him. So, he packed up and traded it all in for a new adventure here in Australia! Whilst being on the road for the Big Lap, we were lucky enough to have him end up on our doorstep 5 weeks ago!

Around the resort, Kasper soon became a true jack-of-all-trades - You'll either spot him behind the bar, hauling stock or giving things a fresh coat of paint.

When he's not at the resort, you'll probably find him exploring the surroundings, cooking up something delicious or out on a run (for lack of a proper race bike, we know - very on-brand for a Dutchman 🚲🧡).

We're so grateful to have Kasper as part of the Forrest Beach family. His passion, energy, and motivation for perfection make our team - and your stay - that much better!
