We are a Birds’ Nest! 🪺 But what does it mean?

Birds in the Bush is a domestic and family violence NFP charity founded in Central West, NSW. Its mission is to create safer regional & rural communities by raising awareness, education, and fostering meaningful conversations. It’s raised over $500k in its short life, and we know we can raise more.

100% of the profit from merch sales is a direct donation to combatting domestic & family violence in the Central West.

👚Wearing Birds in the Bush merch signals that you are a safe person to those experiencing violence, it sparks conversations, & shares awareness that violence has no place in our community. 💛

💛 Together, we can make the invisible visible. 💛

If we’re a little short-staffed this Saturday, it’s because we have five stars taking the field in their League Tag Grand Finals! 😅🏆

Firstup, our Lucy in the Under 14’s Grand Final — go get ’em Luce! We’ll be cheering you on all the way! 💪

Then we get to the Under 17’s Grand Final… and this is where things get a little complicated at work. 😂😬

Miller & Grace are pulling on the black & white for the Mighty Forbes Magpies 🖤🤍🩷

BUT they’re coming up against fellow work girls Millie & Macey for Red Bend Blues!💙🩵🩷

So while we love ALL our girls…

We’re also part of the Magpie family…

And suddenly “no favourites” is getting VERY hard to maintain. 👀😂

Good luck Lucy, Macey, Millie, Grace and Miller getting to a Grand Final is something to be incredibly proud of. Play hard, enjoy every second and always be humble in victory or defeat 🎉🏆

Go the girls and GOOD LUCK TO ALL THE MIGHTY MAGPIES PLAYING THIS WEEKEND, what an achievement 👏👏👏👏

🖤🤍Go the Magpies🖤🤍
