Back in 2022, a visionary man, with the help and support of a few amazing people, had a dream: to bring the fresh, bold and delicious flavors of Sinaloa-style Mexican cuisine to Flagstaff.
He wanted to introduce our community to a type of cuisine from Northern Mexico that wasnโt yet being represented here โ fresh seafood, bold flavors, and recipes inspired by the coast of Sinaloa. ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ
This November marks 4 years since that dream began. What started with a food trailer has grown into a place in the heart of Flagstaff, and today, thanks to the love and preference of our customers and the support of so many people along the way, weโre still here โ cooking for you, serving fresh and delicious food, and continuing to grow.
