Tucked into the Kochere Woreda in Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region, several hundred smallholder farmers grow coffee in small garden farms alongside enset, root vegetables and native shade trees. Ripe cherries are hand sorted and dried whole on raised beds at the Chelchele Washing Station, a station Padre has returned to for many years.

Cherry, rose and peach with a confectionery sweetness and a perfumed finish that lingers long after the last sip. Padre have been purchasing from Chelchele for years and we're so excited they wanted to share this harvest with the Thieves gang. ☕
