Nine years ago, Luiz Paulo Pereira and Camilo Merizalde set out to build something special in Brazil. What started with Yellow Bourbon as the cornerstone has grown into a 20 variety estate and a bit of a laboratory of innovation, experimenting with new processes each season to bring out the best in every coffee they grow.

This month's featured espresso is the Cloudline House Blend from Cloudline Collective in Sydney. A natural Brazil and washed Colombia blend with notes of dark chocolate, orange zest and brown sugar. A seriously good cup.
