We took the iconic Filipino birthday pineapple, covered in hotdog and marshmallow skewers, and turned it into gelato.

This season, Palay opens the house a little differently.

Mondays & Tuesdays are now exclusively available for Private Salo-Salo bookings — intimate gatherings built around Filipino hospitality, shared food and conversation.

Expect banana leaf spreads layered with Filipino charcuterie & fromage, fresh fruits, pandesal, housemade dips, pickles and seasonal bites designed for sharing.

Perfect for birthdays, barkada nights, team lunches, creative meetings and long overdue catch ups.

Starting from $50pp minimum spend.
Minimum 10 guests required.
