ウォールアートが並ぶおしゃれな街並みを歩くと現れる、アメリカンな雰囲気たっぷりのお店です■
今回のお目当ては、なんといってもこの「Pepperoni Deep Dish」！
持ち上げた瞬間に、まるで漫画みたいに溢れ出す超濃厚なチーズの海...
The acidity of the tomato sauce and the saltiness of the pepperoni are exquisite, it’s strange that even though it’s full, I can eat it more and more.
This is the point!
• Texture gap: It looks heavy, but the edges of the dough have a light texture!

Meet Max and Karen - Deep End legends who know what's up. They came in specifically to farewell Pequod's Deep Dish before it leaves our menu forever on NYE.

That caramelized cheese crust. Chef Paul's personal favorite.

Don't panic, deep dish lovers: Our Chicago Stuffed Deep Dish (7" and 10" pies) aren't going anywhere. It's just Pequod's by-the-slice taking its final bow.

The new styles coming in 2026 better be ready for some big shoes to fill. These are the moments that made Pequod's special - families, regulars, and cheese pulls that made kids' eyes go wider than the pizza itself.
