STOP SCROLLING. 👀
If you love Indian food, you need to know these 3 signs. 🇮🇳

🌶️ 1. FRESHLY GROUND SPICES
Whole spices, ground fresh.
Not old powder. Not shortcuts.

🔥 2. THE FAT SEPARATES
A sign the spices have been properly cooked — not rushed.

🫓 3. REAL TANDOOR CHAR
That smoky, blistered naan comes from an actual tandoor — not a pan.

At Masti, we do all three. Every day. 👑
