This week’s special: Vegan Mocha Almond Brittle ☕️🍫

Welcome back one of our most highly requested flavours!

A rich mocha ice cream made with cashew milk, coconut milk, dark chocolate and Everyday Coffee coffee, folded through with our house-made almond brittle.

We roast the almonds before combining them with a little salt and sugar to make a bittersweet brittle that sets differently every time.

Some pieces stay chewy, while others turn crunchy. It’s nutty, chocolatey, full of texture and entirely vegan!

Available in-store from tomorrow until sold out.

This week’s special: Black Sesame 🖤

Thick, creamy and on the savoury side, this week’s flavour is made with sesame tahini throughout the base and black sesame seeds for a little extra texture.

It’s simple and not overly sweet, with that signature charcoal-grey colour that comes naturally from the black sesame.

A very highly requested flavour, and one we especially love paired with vanilla for a little contrast!

This week’s special: Rhubarb Custard Crumble 🧡

Creamy custard ice cream, baked rhubarb with a touch of vanilla and orange, and a salty brown butter crumble folded throughout.

Some of the rhubarb is puréed, some left in pieces, giving every scoop a mix of smooth, tart fruit and plenty of texture.

And the crumble? Caramelised, salty and VERY buttery.
