What a way to end the day in the heart of dairy country! After a day of handcrafting our world-class, award-winning cheeses, we're treated to this spectacular sunset over the Prom. We feel so lucky to work and live in such a beautiful part of Gippsland. Time to relax and enjoy the fruits of our labor, maybe with a slice of Tarwin Blue and a glass of local wine!

Huge news from the world stage! 🧀✨

We are beyond proud to announce that Berrys Creek just returned from the World Championship Cheese Contest in Wisconsin, USA. This is the premier technical competition globally, where entries are scrutinized by international experts on everything from flavor to texture.

Our team’s hard work and passion truly shone through. Every single one of our entries placed at the top of their classes:

🥈 Riverine Blue: 2nd Place with a near-perfect score of 99.65!

🥈 Tarwin Blue: 2nd Place

🧀 Oak Blue: 5th Place

🧀 Mossvale Blue: 6th Place

🏆 CHAMPION CHEESE OF SHOW 🏆
We are still floating on air after an incredible week at the 2026 Sydney Royal Cheese & Dairy Produce Awards!

We are beyond thrilled to announce that our Riverine Blue was named Champion Cheese of Show. 🧀✨ To see our buffalo milk blue recognized at this level is a testament to the passion and dedication of our entire team back home in Fish Creek.

It was such a treat to watch the show’s highlights and see the Riverine showcased throughout the video—it’s always a proud moment to see South Gippsland artisan cheese shining on the national stage.

A massive thank you to the Sydney Royal Show for the opportunity to share what we do with all of Australia. And of course, a huge shoutout to our local buffalo milk producer—we couldn’t do it without the world-class ingredients from our own backyard.

Being part of a tradition that dates back to the 1870s is an honor in itself, but coming home with this haul is a testament to the hard work and passion of our entire team.
