Last night, Saltwater was filled right to the last seat as our community came together for our fundraising dinner in support of flood relief and recovery efforts in Nepal.

The turnout was incredible. Seeing the restaurant completely booked out, tables full and so many people coming together for a cause that matters deeply to us was something we’ll remember for a long time.

To everyone who joined us, thank you.

Thank you for booking a table, bringing your friends and family, sharing the event and showing your support. We’re so grateful you chose to spend your evening with us and be part of something bigger than a meal.

A special thank you to everyone who helped make the evening possible, both in front of house and behind the scenes. It was a true team effort.

Most of all, thank you to our Fingal Bay community for showing up with such generosity. Nights like this remind us why community matters.

On 15 September, we’re opening our tables for a special Nepali dinner buffet at Saltwater, bringing our people together over good food and an even greater cause.

Expect a generous spread of Nepali favourites, plenty to share, and the kind of evening that reminds us how powerful it can be when we come together.

This dinner is in support of communities affected by the devastating floods in Nepal, with 100% of proceeds going directly towards relief and recovery efforts.
