The Smoker is officially cooling down. 💨
Last night, Southern Smoke served its very last plate. After 7 incredible years on the road, it’s time for us to close this chapter.
Our hearts (and stomachs) are so full. We want to say a massive thank you to our Family and Friends who supported this dream from day one, and to our past employees who worked through the heat and the rushes to help us serve up the best BBQ around. !
But most of all, thank YOU—our customers. Whether you followed us across the town, stood in the rain for a brisket burger, or hired us for your most special milestones, we wouldn't have made it a week without your support, let alone seven years.
It’s been an honour being part of your weekend lunch runs, weeknight dinner feeds,and backyard celebrations. Thank you for making Southern Smoke what it was.
