Hi everyone,

Unfortunately we had an incident overnight at our restaurant Fermentum & Co.

A person came into our alfresco area and lit a small fire, It appears the same person returned early this morning, just before our chefs arrived and took a substantial delivery from the venue.

We’ve attached CCTV footage of the individual. If anyone recognises them or has seen them around, please reach out.

We’d really appreciate any information that could help!

We’re taking a short break over the holidays to recharge in preparation for our big bakery opening in 2025!

✨ Christmas Hours:
• 23rd & 24th December: Open for breakfast & lunch
• 25th December – 1st January: Closed

We’ll reopen on Tuesday, 2nd January, refreshed and ready to kick off an exciting new year.
