Vito’s Espresso Bar | Everton Park
For over 11 years, Vito’s has been part of the Everton Park community. We’re a busy, established café with a strong and experienced team and an amazing group of regular locals who genuinely love Vito’s and enjoy interacting with our staff.
We’re proud of the friendly, welcoming environment we’ve built for both our customers and our team — and we’re now looking for some great hospitality people to join us.
⭐ FOH MANAGER
We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on leader who loves hospitality and exceptional customer service.
You’ll need:
• 1–2+ years' management or similar supervisory experience
• Experience managing rosters and stock ordering
• Strong barista skills
• Confidence leading and developing a team
• Great organisational and customer service skills
This is a hands-on role — you’ll lead from the front and be comfortable jumping onto coffee, POS or the floor when needed.
☕ BARISTA
We’re looking for an experienced barista who can produce consistently great coffee in a busy café environment.
You’ll need:
• 2+ years' barista experience
• Confidence dialling in and adjusting grinders
• Speed, consistency and strong coffee knowledge
• Basic latte art is a must
• A friendly, customer-focused attitude
🙌 CAFÉ ALL-ROUNDER
We’re looking for someone who can confidently do a bit of everything — coffee, POS, table service, running food and general café duties.
Previous café experience and barista skills are essential.
For the right candidate, there is the potential for 30–38 hours per week.
❤️ WHY VITO’S?
You’ll be joining an established café, an experienced team and a loyal community of amazing regular customers.
We want people who enjoy coming to work, love interacting with customers and take pride in being part of a team that delivers great coffee, food and genuine hospitality every day.
