About Us:
We are a busy, fast-paced takeaway food business dedicated to serving delicious meals with a smile. We are looking for an energetic and reliable Team Member to join our front-of-house team and help us deliver great service to our community.
What You Will Do;
WORK WEEKENDS
5pm-8.30pm Saturday
5pm-8.00pm Sundays
Handle cash and card transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
Greet customers warmly and take food and drink orders.
Answer questions about the menu with a friendly attitude.
Communicate clearly with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are correct.
Keep the counter and customer service area clean and tidy.
What We Are Looking For:
Confident cash handling skills and basic maths ability.
Excellent communication and people skills.
A strong team player who works well with kitchen and management staff.
Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy rush hours.
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
