Wollombi Pantry

Wollombi Pantry Peter and Allyson still run the vineyard and Simon has only recently relocated and opened ‘Wollombi Pantry’ in Ettalong Beach.

Whilst establishing the family vineyard ‘Wollombi Wines’, Simon started creating a range of sauces utilising the flavours of the Semillon and Shiraz grown on the vineyard. The hand crafted sauces were originally offered to wine tasters with cheese to freshen their palate between wines, and definitely before sampling a meaty Shiraz. The Hoft family lived in Pearl Beach for 30 years before moving to

Wollombi. Simon has now bought a little bit of Wollombi back to the coast. Shop 7/214 Memorial Ave, Ettalong Beach, located in The Rocks Arcade.
