With a hospitality career spanning over 23 years and a big focus on creating welcoming spaces, Frank’s all about good food, good service and making sure both the team and customers feel looked after.

Easy to chat to, calm under pressure and always up for a laugh, he’s already settled right into life at Friction.

☕️ Coffee order? → Long black first thing, then espressos through the rest of the day.

🍴 Current menu favourites? → For breakfast, it's our Turkish Eggs; for lunch, Frank reckons the Grilled Barramundi is hard to go past.
