Backroads & Bites is on next weekend, Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October.

It's a tasty trail through Somerset put together by Experience Somerset, and we're glad to be part of it. Markets, farm gates, kumquats, a llama or two, and plenty of good food along the way.

(Yes, that's Nick on the cover of the trail map. We've asked him to stay humble.)

Grab a map from the Visitor Information Centres or from us, and plan your route at experiencesomerset.com.au/backroads-and-bites

These gorgeous Great Danes brought their humans along for a coffee and a catch-up, and made themselves right at home in the courtyard.

Safe to say, they took up a little more room than our usual four-legged visitors. 😂

Thanks for dropping by, guys. We loved having you!

A few very welcome visitors at the Roasters this weekend! 🐎

This crew stopped in for lunch while making their way along the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail.
Always great to see the horses and their riders dropping by. Thanks for visiting!

Brekkie sorted for you! 🥜🍓

Weekend plans? We reckon our Peanut Butter Granola Bowl deserves a spot on the agenda.

Fresh fruit, crunchy granola and plenty of peanut butter. 👀
