We have decided to close from Christmas Day 25/12 and will REOPEN Friday 2/1/26 🎄

This will allow our wonderful staff to have a well earnt break.

Thankyou to everyone who kindly wrote a positive review on Google in recent days, it was heartwarming to read your reviews. I did respond to each and every one of you.
However, unfortunately Google has removed some of your reviews.
Fortunately for us quite a few of the false reviews were also removed but it’s a shame that your efforts and genuine reviews have been removed.
We apologise but please know that we appreciate you so much.
We will continue to provide quality pizzas and quality service which you are all accustomed to.
As stated in the previous post we were definitely not asking for these beautiful heartwarming reviews you left, however, it was nice to read them in light of the situation which continues to this day with Hassan who is still ringing abusing myself and the staff and repeatedly placing his primary review to ensure it is the first review seen.

This is a first…
Last night we had a third party delivery driver attend the shop to collect an order for golden square (as this is out of our normal delivery area).
This driver was verbally abusive towards staff from the moment he entered the shop.
He presented with a filthy bag to place food in and then decided to threaten us that our customers food would be delivered cold by him.
We banned him.
Only when we went to call 000 did this driver leave the shop.
He then called repeatedly over a 2 hour period to abuse staff.
This driver (not a customer!) has now written 12 negative Google reviews and counting.
Nothing written is true.
I have been in touch with his employer (door dash) who are investigating.
In the meantime I’m going through the process to obtain his full details so that an IVO can potentially be taken out against him because this behaviour is completely unacceptable.
I will also be seeking legal advice with regards to defamation and slander.
I’m putting this post out to make our customers aware that this is false and that all the reviews are just fictional created by him (Hassan H who delivers through Door Dash also known as Hassan BHATTI which is his main Google account from the reviews, the rest are either friends or fake accounts).

This is sickening behaviour which has caused immense stress. It’s hard enough running a business these days even more so as a single mum… without having someone deliberately try to sabotage your business; because we have standards which do not include filthy bags or cold pizzas.

Meanwhile the delivery was taken out by a staff member I called in to personally deliver it. The customer in golden square received their pizzas hot and in a clean bag.

Due to the wild weather warning (and already excessive wind etc) we have made the decision to cancel deliveries tonight.
Our drivers are staff members and as a small family owned business we need to ensure our staff are safe.

We will be OPEN as per normal with the exception of the delivery service being cancelled for tonight.

We are OPEN as usual
There’s lots of work going on outside with the changes to the front facade.
We are just assuring customers we continue to remain open despite the blocked off areas etc.
Owning a small family owned business is tough already, but we are hoping our wonderful loyal customers can be patient with us during this time.
