It was one of those "drop and go" catering gigs where we secretly just wanted to sit and stay!

We were so incredibly honoured and excited to bake Filipino sweet treats for the first FEAST event held at NSW Art Gallery. A massive thank you to Art Gallery NSW for making us a part of this beautiful night of arts, stories, culture, and incredible food.

It was a hectic week for us, and we only had a few minutes to say our quick hello to the organizers—so we are truly grateful to celine for capturing these beautiful photos for us! And as always, amazing hosting by the wonderful Jennifer Wong

What does "housemade" really mean?

It means recipes that have been tried, tested, tweaked, and modified to suit our taste.

It means a signature flavour profile unique to us.

It means fresh seasonal ingredients, sourced locally when abundance is at its peak.

It means it is not loaded with stabilising chemicals. It is made of natural ingredients.

That means shorter shelf life because of the lack of additives, and requires faster consumption and sale.

It means small batches, controlled inventory, while maintaining premium quality.

It means distinctive irregular appearance, often rustic and non-uniform.

And lastly, it means it is made with passion and dedication. It's not perfect but it's a labour of love.
