Folks my beautiful sister in law ‘Kip’ was suddenly and recently diagnosed with a very rare breast cancer (triple negative). She is an amazing light in our family. She is a single mother of three amazing girls, aged 8,16 and 18 years.

If you could kindly support this cause and circulate it would be greatly appreciated.

Over the years I have always been a sucker for charities and supporting good causes. Those who have known me know when I have attempted to raise money and help people in need. We all need to support each other, and count our blessings. But so many people are going through hardship and sadness.

Please get behind this cause. Please. It’s sad and close to my heart because I know Jasen and can vouch his a wonderful family bloke. Like so many other people has been dealt a ‘card’.

James the owner and Jasen (2nd in charge) run the business. I always loved attending to see James and Jasen for a laugh and a chat. I got to know them well.

Jasen has just been diagnosed with throat cancer. He has a young family and I am absolutely devastated to hear the news.

I have sold the cafe and the van!

To all my customers/friends I wish to advise that recently I sold 21 Mochas. I have also sold the mobile coffee van. Unfortunately the only reason is my health and family.

Lorrae has taken over the cafe and my good friend David the van. They are both fantastic people. Please gove them a go and try and support their businesses. The hospitality sector is hard at the moment. We all need to support our cafes. Times are tough.

I apologise for not letting you all know earlier as I was under the impression I would be working at the cafe for some time to help. Hence previous messages reflected this. But Lorrae has found her feet very quickly and hence the additional support is not required. I was hoping to see you all over a short time and get to say goodbye. Instead here it is.

The coffee is still the same in both the van and the cafe. My online business Levi and Aaliyah Coffee is roasting for both the van and cafe.

It’s not easy to let go of something in which you had a five year plan for and you love. It’s been a tough decision. But made with the best of intentions for my health.

There was not a day where I did not ‘love’ coming to work. The laughs, the jokes, me yelling and shouting…….OMG what a wonderful job. And to serve you all!!!!!!

I will miss you all so much. To achieve an average of 50 x 5 star reviews per month for ten months was spectacular. 21 Mochas was the highest rated cafe in western Sydney. And I have all of you to thank for this.

How I will miss it so much. Please take care of yourselves. My friends in Queensland who are going through such a traumatic time with the cyclone. We pray you are all safe and we are thinking of you all at this time.

Sorry folks for the long holiday. Next Tuesday we open as per usual at 430am. Please come back and say good day.

Hny everyone. Hope you all had a wonderful break. The cafe will remain closed until early February. January is always very quiet.

The coffee van will be in operation as per normal on Monday 13/1.
