Welcomed with open arms with a cafe, shared his olive oil, and a sample of his exceptional porchetta.
31 years plying his trade. Comes from a rich history of Calabrian meatworkers and abattoirs in his families village. Sausages, salami, coppa, they make it all. These are the people that enrich our lives.
Having proudly grown up in delicatessens as a kid this was a much needed reminder of the times knowledge was valued by the community, where tradition was king.
We worked out he lives literally around the corner from where I lived in Sydney good ol’ Dulwich Hill 🤘
