Today we're presenting our chef Bishal's Himalayan Rose Chicken Curry.

Inspired by the love and togetherness of traditional Himalayan weddings, this delicately rose-hued curry is made to be shared. Slow-marinated chicken thigh, fried onions, cashews and aromatic spices, served with cooling mint raita.
