I just want to take a moment to thank everyone for supporting my family’s business over the last 15 years. This place has been my second home with a beautiful family, it taught me so much over the years.

Thank you to everyone who came to dine with us and supported us throughout the journey, and a huge thank you to those who joined us for our final hoorah. This weekend truly reminded me of the pre-COVID days we are so grateful for how busy we were and for all the love and support shown to us.

We will cherish the memories forever. Thank you again ❤️

It is with great regret and sadness that Elevation Emerald is coming to an end. After 15 wonderful years, the time has come to hand the business back to our landlord.

Since the onslaught of COVID, we have struggled to recover financially, and in the current economic climate facing Victoria, those challenges have only intensified. Unfortunately, we are now left with no option but to close our doors. Our last trading day will be Sunday, May 17th.

We are incredibly grateful for the support of our staff, customers, and community over the years, and we thank you all for being part of our journey.

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Chef or Experienced Kitchen Worker to join our fast-paced team.

The successful applicant will have a broad range of kitchen experience and be confident working across multiple sections, including:

Grill

Fryer

Pans

Food preparation

Wood-fired pizza

You must be hardworking, dependable, and capable of performing under pressure in a busy service environment. A genuine passion for quality food and the ability to work effectively within a multi-ethnic team are essential.

Weekend work and split shifts are required as part of this role.
