With our new Molly & Max home getting closer, we’re looking for some great people to join us for our next chapter in Elmore.

Our biggest focus is genuine hospitality. We want people who love looking after customers, make everyone feel welcome and understand that a great experience matters just as much as great coffee and food.

We have several positions available:

☕ Experienced Barista / Café All-Rounder
You’ll need strong barista and hospitality experience, confidence during busy service and a willingness to jump between coffee, till, food service and general café duties.

🌟 Junior Café Team Members
No experience necessary—we’re looking for friendly, reliable juniors who are keen to learn, use their initiative and provide warm, confident customer service.

🍰 Baking Assistant
Helping with our daily baking, decorating and kitchen preparation. You’ll need to be organised, work cleanly, follow recipes accurately and keep pace in a busy kitchen. Baking or commercial kitchen experience would be an advantage.

Across every role, we’re looking for people who are:

• Friendly, welcoming and customer-focused
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to clean, restock and help wherever needed
• Available to work rotating weekends

We work hard, move quickly, have plenty of laughs and care a ridiculous amount about the experience we give every person who visits us.

As we've grown, so has our dream.

Soon we'll open the doors and with that comes a small change that feels like a big step...

Welcome to simply... Molly & Max.

The coffee, the cakes, the people, and the values you've come to know aren't changing. We're just growing into a name that reflects everything we're becoming.

This little handwritten logo is more than a rebrand. It's personal. It's our handwriting, our story, and a little paw print that reminds us where it all began.

Thank you for backing a little coffee van, believing in our dream, and coming with us on this next adventure.

Well... it feels like the right time to finally share.

Or maybe the secret wasn't really a secret anymore. 😅

Over the past few months we've been spending just about every spare minute here. It's been dusty, messy, challenging and incredibly exciting.

We're taking a big leap with Molly & Max, and while there's still a mountain of work ahead, we thought it was time to bring you along for the ride.

This space has a long way to go, but we can already see what it could become, and we can't wait to share the transformation with you.

Here's to the next chapter. ☕
