Amarettos is Ellenbrook’s favourite dining destination, bringing relaxed European-inspired dining to the heart of the Swan Valley region. We want you to feel welcome and enjoy our new Amarettos Restaurant, we have taken a lot of time in deciding what food to prepare, we have modern Australian/European style of food. With our redecorating we decided to bring a bit of warmth and style to our restaurant giving it a relaxing warm atmosphere we hope you will enjoy. Today, we handed back the keys 🔑

A simple moment that marks the close of an incredible 11-year chapter.

It's hard to put into words what Amarettos has meant to us. Together, we built so much more than a restaurant. We built a community, lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories and a place that became part of so many people's lives. 🫶

While this chapter didn't end the way we had hoped, we're choosing to focus on everything it gave us rather than everything it took away. We leave incredibly proud of what we achieved and deeply grateful to everyone who walked this journey with us.

To every customer, every team member, every supplier and every person who supported Amarettos over the past 11 years... thank you. You became part of our story, and we will never forget that.

For me, it's time to take a little breather. To spend some quality time with my family, reflect on this incredible chapter and recharge before diving into the next adventure.

I'm so excited to finally share that my next chapter will be alongside my husband Jason as we build Mayne Made Homes together. Our focus is on helping people turn their dream of building a new home into reality — from finding the perfect block of land to creating tailored house and land packages that suit every lifestyle. We’re passionate about guiding our clients through the entire journey and making the process as smooth and exciting as possible.

Yesterday, we served our final meals.

Today, we walked back through the doors of Amarettos to begin packing up the place that has been our second home for the past 10 years.

It was surreal.

The chairs are stacked, the walls are becoming bare, and the restaurant that was once filled with laughter, conversation, and the clinking of glasses is suddenly so quiet.

It's hard to put into words.

Over the past week, our community has given us the greatest gift we could ever have asked for.

You filled our tables.

You waited patiently.

You travelled from all over Perth.

You shared your stories, your photos, your memories, and your tears.

You reminded us that Amarettos was never just a restaurant.

It was a place where life happened.

To every single person who chose to spend one last meal with us... thank you.

To our incredible Front of House and Back of House teams, both past and present... there are simply no words.

You didn't just work here.

You built this place.

You created the atmosphere, the friendships, the laughter, and the memories that so many people have spoken about over the past weeks.

Watching you all hug our regulars goodbye, laugh together through the tears, and give everything you had until the very last service made us prouder than you will ever know.

You are, and always will be, the heart of Amarettos.

While this wasn't the ending we had hoped for, we truly couldn't have asked for a more beautiful farewell.

Our tables may now be empty, but our hearts have never been fuller.

Thank you for standing by our "little" restaurant.

Thank you for believing in us.

Thank you for giving us over ten unforgettable years.

Last night wasn't just another service. It was our last Saturday night together.

To our incredible team—our real superheroes—thank you for giving absolutely everything. And to every single person who filled our restaurant one last Saturday, thank you for making it unforgettable.

Just 7 days remain.

Over the past 10+ years, thousands of meals have left our kitchen. Every dish tells a story — a first date, a family celebration, a birthday, an anniversary, or a catch-up with friends.

As we enter our final week, we're looking back at some of the dishes that helped tell the Amarettos story.

As we prepare to close the doors on June 30, we've been looking back through some of our favourite memories from the last 10 years.

What a journey it has been.

To everyone who has been part of the Amarettos story — thank you for the love, support and memories. The support we've received since announcing our closure has been truly overwhelming.

If you'd like to visit us one last time, we encourage you to book soon as our final weeks are filling fast.

The love, messages, and support over the past 24 hours has meant more to us than we could ever put into words. ❤️

For those wanting to understand more, we wanted to share this with you…

After 10 incredible years, we share this news with a very heavy heart — Amarettos Restaurant will officially close its doors on June 30th, 2026.

This is not a decision we ever planned to make, and it is certainly not a reflection of our business, our team, or the way we have traded over the years.

Amarettos has continued to perform strongly, built on the loyalty of our community and the passion of a team we are endlessly proud of.

However, our landlord, has made the decision not to continue our tenancy as part of a broader change in direction for the centre.

As a small independent business, this is an outcome we do not fully understand or agree with — particularly given the strength, consistency, and reputation we have worked so hard to build over the past decade.

But what we do know, is what Amarettos has stood for.

A place for celebrations.
Long lunches and late nights.
Date nights, family dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, and friendships formed over a shared table.

To our team — past and present — thank you. Your loyalty, energy, passion, and heart have shaped Amarettos into what it is today.

To our community — thank you for choosing us, supporting us, and allowing us to be part of your lives for over 10 years.

We are incredibly proud of everything we have built together, and we are committed to finishing this chapter the same way we started it — with passion, consistency, care, and gratitude.

We would absolutely love to see as many of you as possible over the coming weeks.

Whether it’s one last date night, a long lunch with friends, your favourite pasta night, or simply a glass of wine at your favourite table — let’s make these final weeks something truly special. 🍷

💙 A Moment to Say Thank You 💙

This weekend was something truly special…
To everyone who walked through our doors, shared a meal, raised a glass, or simply chose to support — thank you.
Because of you, we were able to donate $1,600 to the incredible Make-A-Wish Foundation in partnership with VCA 88.5FM.
But more than the number…
it’s what that represents.
It’s a reminder that in the middle of busy lives, work, stress, and routine —
we can still come together, slow down, and choose kindness.
That a simple dinner with friends…
a laugh over a glass of wine…
a shared dessert at the end of the night…
can become something so much bigger.
Somewhere, because of this weekend, a child and their family will get a moment of joy, hope, and magic —
a moment they will never forget.
And I think that’s something worth holding onto.
