Hello everyone! Introducing our NEW menu item called "Nước mắm crispy chicken wings". In Vietnamese, Nước mắm is what we call fish sauce. It makes up for lots of the flavour you will taste in Vietnamese dishes. It is also the sauce we dip our BBQ meat in.

We've created a crispy deep-fried chicken wing dish tossed with our Nước mắm, garlic and chilli. It is spicy and delicious! Please have a try when you visit our restaurant next.

BACK OPEN SUNDAY 7TH JANUARY

Dear customers, Happy New Year of 2024! The Thanh Binh Fusion family is back and we are ready to open our doors again from tomorrow Sunday 7th January, normal trading hours.

Dear customers, Thanh Binh Fusion restaurant will be closing for the holidays on Sunday 26 December 2023 and we will be reopening on Monday 8 January.

We are open Friday and Saturday this week so please come in for one last meal for the year with us!

Hello our customers! 🌞 Summer is around the corner and in Vietnamese cuisine, we LOVE to eat summer rice paper rolls filled with refreshing salads and herbs, vermicelli noodles and different meats.

Did you know that we sell Bún chả at Thanh Binh Fusion? And we can confidently say we do the best Bún chả in South West Sydney 😜

What is Bún chả you might ask? It is one of the most famous dishes from Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam! You will find Bún chả on every street there. It is vermicelli noodles and fresh herbs and salads served with grilled pork belly and pork sausage. We cook the pork over charcoal outside of our kitchen to give it a delicious smokey taste!
