That’s seven P’s.
But here, we like to think there’s an eighth.
People.
The planners, the perfectionists, the producers, the problem-solvers, the calm in the chaos and the occasional coffee-fuelled miracle workers.
It’s the part you don’t always see, the hours before service, the finishing touches, the tiny details and the teamwork that quietly turns preparation into an experience.
A table that feels effortless... though we know it never is.
That’s hospitality. And we wouldn’t have it any other way.
