To our wonderful customers,

Firstly, we would like to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who came to support us on our opening day. ❤️

We also want to sincerely apologise to those who experienced longer than expected waiting times for their meals today.

As our very first day of service, we faced some challenges while our new team and systems came together in a real service environment. While we know opening day can come with unexpected challenges, we also know that waiting too long for your meal is not the experience we want for our customers.

We take full responsibility, and we are already reviewing what happened today and making changes to improve our service and kitchen flow.

Today taught us a lot. We will learn from it, improve, and work hard to make each day better than the last.

To everyone who waited patiently, supported us, gave us feedback, and showed us kindness today — thank you so much. It truly means a lot to our whole team.

And to anyone whose experience today was not what you expected from us, we are genuinely sorry. We hope you will give us another opportunity to welcome you back and provide the experience we want Siam Thai to be known for.

Thank you for being part of our very first day. 🙏❤️
