As most of our regulars know, the owner is hands-on and works in the café every day. 🌹

We’re now looking for the right people to join our team so she can gradually step back from the day-to-day running of the café.

We’re hiring for two roles:

☕️ Barista / All-rounder
🍳 Cook / All-rounder

We’re particularly looking for self-motivated, reliable people who can take initiative and work confidently without constant supervision. Experience is important, but the right attitude and work ethic matter just as much.

📍 Wild Rose Cottage, Ipswich
