Over the next few weeks, we'll be announcing the dishes that have been called up to represent their countries in The Drops World Cup.

Different continents.

All connected by one thing: great food shared with great people.

We begin where the World Cup begins.

We blame Alexia for this one 😂💛

After weeks of requests, negotiations, and persistent reminders from our smallest director, the Spiced Pumpkin Latte is finally here!

But if we were going to do it, it had to be done our way.

Our pumpkin syrup is made from scratch in our kitchen, slowly infused with warming spices, cinnamon, and all the cosy winter flavours we love.

Combined with espresso and silky milk, it's everything a winter drink should be ☕✨

Turns out Alexia knew exactly what she was talking about 😉

Some of you met us back at Fremantle Markets. Some found us through a friend. Some came for the coffee… and stayed for the coxinhas.

What started as a small family dream slowly became a place filled with familiar faces, conversations, laughter, homesickness cures, coffee dates and community ✨

For us, this was never just about food. It was always about people.

So thank you for every follow, every share, every kind word, every visit, every recommendation and every person who brought someone they love through our doors.

Soup season at The Drops & Co keeps growing ✨

Winter might officially start next month… but we honestly couldn’t wait any longer 💛

What started with a few cosy bowls has now turned into 6 different soups joining our winter menu throughout the season 👀

Now introducing:
🧅 Onion Soup
🥣 Roasted Pumpkin Soup

And from Monday, Roasted Pumpkin becomes our Soup of the Week ✨

Made fresh in-house, served with warm toasted bread, and created for cold mornings, slower lunches and those little winter moments that somehow feel better around a table.
