A Brazilian cocktail at a Thai restaurant? Thatā€™s what happens when your night manager is from Brazil.

Camila brought a little of home behind our bar, and the Brazilian Fire is her recipe. Lime wedges, mint and raw sugar muddled together, 60 ml of vodka and 30 of passionfruit syrup, shaken until itā€™s ice cold and strained over fresh ice. The sugar and chili rim is optional, for anyone who likes a little heat.
